|Recommended: YesI highly recommend Adirondack. There is a sense of home in our community. The office staff Shauna, Cely, Annabelle are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. As with any move, I had a concerning surprise on my first day, and Cely took control to make sure my needs were met. There is no thru traffic, which means that residents are the only ones driving on our inner streets. This is an important safety feature that eliminates traffic and keeps our court streets safe as we walk our animals. My home is bright and spacious. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. There is a pool, a fitness room, a lovely garden space, and a fire pit with grills. The garages are wonderful. I honestly cannot recommend the Adirondack neighborhood highly enough. The clubhouse has a lovely fireplace, big screen TV, and kitchen space.

|Recommended: YesOverall Review — Lovely grounds and staff Maintenance is very friendly. Some stairs to the upper floor are crumbling and dangerous, one step was finally replaced but another one has not yet been replaced. Overall I would highly recommend this property to call home.

|Recommended: YesIt would be nice if the portal had a search engine once you get into the resident portal — My only recurring problem seems to be the portal. It would be nice if once you get inside the resident portal if it had a search engine which could get you quickly to the pool, clubhouse, etc.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I've been a resident to the lodge for over 3 1 2 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The unit is perfect has everything you need and the maintenance crew is top notch, knowledgeable and professional. The grounds are well kept and the community here is very friendly and welcoming to all. So if your looking stop come here its the right place for all families.

|Recommended: NoGreat Place to Live... not during covid. — The place is lovely and well-kept, however with the COVID pandemic a lot of the amenities I paid for and broke my budget for were no longer offered. I signed a lease here with the promise of a gym, pool, and private package delivery room, and only was able to enjoy these for 6 months out of my 18-month lease. I was forced to purchase my own gym membership, because all other gyms were open for a good portion of this year, but Adirondack's was not. Further, my packages have frequently been undeliverable and I have had to leave work early to get to the post office to pick them up, another inconvenience. Adirondack handles this by sending us an email to not leave our packages on our porches. All the while, never giving us any amount of money off the overall rent even though I assume a portion of this rent was originally intended for maintenance of facilities we are not able to use . We are not even able to go into the clubhouse. Overall, I find the handling of the pandemic closures very frustrating. All the while I'm paying full rent and getting notifications threatening fines for leaving my garbage out a day more than garbage day when I was out of town.
To summarize, the apartments are very lovely but not worth the price, especially during the pandemic.

|Recommended: YesQuiet. Clean. Maintained. Great Location — Thrilled that Adirondack will accept short term leases and month to month, as well as so many furry friends with respectful owners. Met people that have been here for a while and some that will be in and out like us. Really really happy here.
